Western Welcome Week is an
annual community celebration
in Littleton. It began in 1928
and has been going on every year since.
Western Welcome Week includes over 40
events benefiting dozens of local civic and
charitable organizations.
This year the 79th annual celebration is Aug.
9-19. Festival Day is Aug. 18.
It includes the Children’s Parade, the Grand
Parade and the 48th annual Arts & Crafts Fair.
There are 51 events scheduled for 2007.

11-day celebration, which benefits dozens of
local non-profit organizations.
One of the main purposes of Western
Welcome Week is for fundraising and support
of local service clubs and charities.
An estimated $250,000 is earned each year
by nonprofit organizations, and Western
Welcome Week Inc. is able to award several
special grants to deserving nonprofit organizations
serving the Littleton area each year.
