Grand Laks is just more than two hours from Denver by car. The
area boasts several lakes and rivers, restaurants, lodging and
even a theatre company. The lake is at the west entrance to
Rocky Mountain National Park.
Grand Lake is the state’s largest natural lake, and the town
maintains its Western heritage. Visitors will likely see a moose
or two wandering around town.

and even a fine arts and crafts fair.
Those with a need for speed can rent go-carts at Rocky Hi
Speedway in the warmer months. Snowmobiles can be ideal in
the winter months. You can rough it by camping, stay in a
motel, or pamper yourself at the Silver Creek resort.
