For longtime Parker area residents, there is a
sweet nostalgia associated with the smell of
cooking food, the screams of excited children
and the swirl of amusement ride lights against
a starry background. The sights and sounds of
the Parker Country Festival signal the beginning
of another Colorado summer. Between 80,000-
90,000 people fill the streets of downtown
Parker to celebrate the annual event. The Parker
Country Festival, known to some as Parker Days,
features great food, a bustling marketplace, live
entertainment, a parade through the downtown
corridor and carnival rides.
The 30th annual Parker Country Festival will
be June 8-10; specific times were not available.
Individual ride tickets are $1 each. An
advanced one-day unlimited ride pass costs
$20; the passes cost $25 thereafter.
