The 16th Street Mall in Denver has opportunities
to people-watch, shop and eat, all within
a few blocks.
The mall runs through the center of downtown
Denver. It is a mixture of upscale shops
and restaurants contrasted with T-shirt shops
and chain stores. Free shuttle buses run every
90 seconds.
With new hotels sprinkled among historic
buildings, the 16th Street Mall is a glimpse of
Denver’s history along with the city’s transportation
into the technological age.
While 16th Street has always been a vital
part of downtown Denver, the mall itself was
